Verification
After carrying out the repair, check that the fault has been remedied.
Ignition off.
Reconnect connectors, reinstall components.
Ignition on
Read off throttle position (TP) sensor voltage.
The value of THROT POT should be approximately 500-800 mV and the value of IDLE SW should be ON when the accelerator pedal (AP) is in its highest position.
The value of THROT POT V should be 4.8-5.1 V when the accelerator pedal (AP) is in its lowest position and the value of IDLE SW should be OFF.
Are these values OK?
